When you have an illness, it is really important that you don't let these feelings run you down too much. It can lead to a flare up in symptoms, and to extra stress, which is not a helpful thing.
So when you start to feel like this, it's really important that you keep up good habits. Make sure you're taking some time out to do something you enjoy, to help you relax. Make sure you keep eating healthy, and exercising as regularly as possible (I know this one can be so hard!). Talk to someone about how your feeling. Make sure you keep an eye on your symptoms, so if they get worse, you know you need to slow down. Here are some other ways of dealing with stress.
