Another great idea if you don't feel confident talking to someone is to use a journal. By writing down or drawing your thoughts you can sometimes see them in a different way, and this can be a great tool for problem solving.
Beautiful Identities is about sharing ideas relating to illness and identity. It's really important that it is not just my thoughts, but reflects what other people are thinking and feeling.
