Everyone, at some point, has to face a difficult decision. When you are unwell there are many tough decisions you and your family may have to make; what to do about medication, whether to keep studying/working, whether you are well enough to go on a trip, what dietary/lifestyle changes you should make...the list goes on. Making these decisions can be really tough, it often feels like there is no right answer.
I think it is worth taking a step back from your own personal situation, and trying to weigh up the risks and benefits in a logical manner. I am not suggesting this is easy. Life isn't rational. It is a personal and emotional matter. But getting all the information, and carefully considering the pros and cons will help you come to a decision, and feel confident that you have made the right decision. Make a list, or a mind map, or visualise it in whatever way works fo
It is never easy, but facing these decisions is a much better option than ignoring them.
What tough decisions have you had to face? How do you make these decisions? What would help make it easier?
I'm still looking to have a chat to people about Beautiful Identities. It would be completely casual, and you wouldn't need to talk about your personal situation. If you are interested, or have any questions, you can contact me via the contact form. Thanks :)
